Refund Policy – El Haty Restaurant Chain

At El Haty Restaurant Chain, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have established the following refund policy:

  1. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, we sincerely apologize and will do one of the following:

  • Re-send the missing or correct item at no extra charge, or
  • Provide a discount coupon for your next order, or
  • Refund the amount paid for the incorrect item depending on the situation.

You must report the issue within 1 hour of receiving the order, along with a photo clearly showing the problem.

  1. Food Quality Issues

If there’s a clear issue with the food’s quality (e.g., spoilage or burning), please contact us immediately with a photo.
After confirming the issue, we will:

  • Replace the item with a new one, or
  • Refund the cost of the affected item.
  1. No Refunds in the Following Cases:
  • If the customer delays receiving the order after it has arrived.
  • If the customer is dissatisfied with the taste without an actual defect.
  • If more than one hour passes without filing a complaint.
  • If a large portion of the food is consumed (more than half).
  1. Refund Methods
  • For online payments, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • For cash payments, compensation will be via a discount on the next order or a bank transfer, as agreed.
